Welcome to the Dragon's Den!
This is home to the Eastern Drakes, a type of dragon whose abilities make them extremely versatile. Eastern Drakes are known to adopt the customs or abilities of others to fit into any environment. In addition, they have no set gender, so Eastern Drakes are free to breed with each other without hindrance. Many still chose to refer to themselves with a specific pronoun.
A pair of Eastern Drakes can have a single egg at a time. Eggs will not hatch until they feel it is right. Some eggs hatch within a couple hours, while others may not hatch for several millennium. After hatching, the young dragon is referred to as a Neonate. Neonates are vulnerable as their eyes and ears have not fully developed. Their horns (if they have them) are still only nubs. Neonates grow quickly though and will become full adults within 20-30 days. Until then, their parents will guard and care for them. After that, parents will go their separate ways as monogamy is rare.
